1st May 2011

Where it all began... and what a way to start! Ramsey scored for Arsenal in a 1-0 victory against Manchester United. The next day the FBI's most wanted man, and founder of al-Qaeda Osama Bin Laden was killed in Pakistan.

19th October 2011

Second on the hit list, and continuing his trend of killing utter bastards, Ramsey scored against Marseille in the Champions League. The next day Libyan dictator and professional Jackie Stallone lookalike Muammar Gaddafi was killed.

11th February 2012

Ramsey got to work fast on this one. He managed to net against Sunderland on the 11th February. Just a few hours later it was announced that the legendary singer Whitney Houston had been found dead in a hotel bathtub in Hollywood after a suspected overdose aged just 48.

21st March 2013

The Welsh Fabregas decided to give us a full 12 months of rest before claiming his next victim, and a fellow sportsman was the next to succumb to the curse. Ramsey scored for Wales in a 2-1 win over fellow Brits Scotland, and NBA legend Ray Williams died the following day.

30th November 2013

Next up came the tragic death of Paul Walker towards the end of 2013. The blonde-haired and blue-eyed actor and petrol-head died far too young in a car accident on the same day that Ramsey managed to score twice against his old club Cardiff City.

10th August 2014

One goal we can all agree that we wish Ramsey hadn't scored was his effort against Manchester City in the Community Shield in Summer 2014. Less than 24 hours after the game ended it was announced that the multi-talented and Oscar winning comedian Robin Williams had left this world.

09th January 2016

After yet another extended break of more than a year since the curse manifested, the Ramsey rampage punished the public with the deaths of two national treasures in just one week. First of all, the iconic and inspirational musician David Bowie died on the Sunday evening, just 24 hours after Ramsey scored against consistent relegation fodder Sunderland.

13th January 2016

The second beloved person to die the same week was 69 year old Alan Rickman, perhaps best known for portraying brave Severus Snape in the Harry Potter franchise. He died after Ramsey netted against Liverpool in a thrilling 3-3 encounter on a gloomy week night.

5th March 2016

Ramsey was at it again in March this time former First Lady Nancy Reagan died less than 24 hours after Ramsey scored the opener in the North London derby vs Spurs.

Who's Next ?

It all started off so well, with Ramsey killing off the perennial pricks that were Bin Laden and Gaddafi, but as time has gone on the curse has begun to claim the lives of individuals we all actually really love and respect. Bearing this in mind, we are intrigued to see who you, the great British public, believe Ramsey will be responsible for killing next.
